In December I was given the amazing opportunity to go to New Zealand to shoot a wedding, and since I've always wanted to visit Australia I decided to make a little stop along the way. While I was there I fell totally head over heels for it, so I applied for a work visa and made the leap! I've been here about two weeks so far, and I was itching to get shooting again as soon as possible. These are from a golden sunny afternoon test with Dayna with Dallys Models, and they captured that carefree beachy feel that I love so much about it here.

I've really come to see lately that life's too short to not do what you want to do. Whatever that is for you, take steps now to do it! Maybe you're scared, and that's natural, but there's never going to be a point where you feel like you're totally ready and it's all worked out. You just have to leap and trust the net will appear. It always does. Things don't always work out the way you plan them, and sometimes no plan is the best plan. It's a journey, and getting there is half the fun. You might make a few mistakes along the way, but learn from them and move on! You come out so much stronger on the other side, and nothing compares to the feeling of following your dreams and accomplishing them.
